I never quite found a way of photographying this tower at the far end of Lough Bunny. Until that day, when a bit of mist and some interestingly layered clouds gave me a perfect opportunity to frame this little tower and its reflection.

I do not really know the history of this old derelict tower at the entrance of Boston, but it's been a beacon in my first year of photography when, under COVID restrictions, I did not have many places to go other than the lake and its wonderful sunset reflections, always greeting me with a sense of wonder and a warm feeling of tranquility.
